Information for Exhibitors
The Festival Exhibition and Marketplace will take place from
Thursday, June 13 through Saturday, June 15, 2024 and is free and open to the public.
The Exhibition will be held at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in the Parish Hall and Lions Hall,
2300 Bancroft Way, Berkeley, 94704. (parking map and directions)
The Exhibition welcomes all interested instrument builders, publishers, and service and early music organizations to register for table space at the Exhibition.

This is the current 2024 exhibition table layout. Click on the image to enlarge it.
The Parish Hall is on the 2nd floor above the church.
Lions Hall is a separate, newer building on the ground floor at the back of the church.
2024 EXHIBITION TABLE RATES
(SAME AS 2022)
1/2 Table (shared): $175
1 Table : $300
2 Tables: $480 ($240/table)
3 Tables: $660 ($220/table)
4 Tables: $840 ($210/table)
5 Tables: $1000 ($200/table)
Upon purchase you will be sent registration information that includes a contract. From the information you provide in the form, we will create a unique, individual information page for you that will be linked from the public Exhibition & Marketplace page that lists all Exhibitors and their locations in the halls.
