Information for Exhibitors
The Festival Exhibition and Marketplace—free and open to the public—takes place Thursday, June 11 through Saturday, June 13, 2026.
The Exhibition welcomes all interested instrument builders, publishers, and service and early music organizations to register for table space at the Exhibition, which will be held in the newly rebuilt South Wing of First Church Berkeley UCC.

Unity Hall on the ground floor as the main exhibit space, and upstairs in the Madrone and Bay Laurel rooms, where keyboard instruments will be on display.
The upstairs rooms are easily accessible by both a spacious elevator and a wide staircase.
Please note that in order to allow maximum space for the keyboard instruments, there will be no tables placed in Madrone and Bay Laurel rooms unless requested by the exhibitors. (The diagram shows table sizes to indicate relative space.)

Unity Hall is located on the first floor of the new South Wing of First Church Berkeley and is accessible from the parking lot on Channing Way, either by the stairs or the accessible ramp.
Madrone and Bay Laurel rooms are located on the second floor of the South Wing and are accessible by stairs or elevator.
